All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a course purchase has been completed and access has been granted.

Why We Have This Policy

Our courses are digital products that are instantly accessible upon payment. Because the content is immediately available and cannot be ‘returned,’ we are unable to process refunds.

Exceptions

In the rare event of a technical error resulting in a failed course delivery (i.e., access not granted despite successful payment), please contact us within 48 hours at support@kntwellness.com We will investigate and resolve such issues promptly.

Payment Disputes

If you raise an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account and course access pending resolution.
